Between yourselves as a family, give one penalty point for every food item purchased wrapped in plastic. From a bottle of coke, wrapped apples, bag of pasta, absolutely everything food related.

Decide on a donation between £10-£20 and at the end of 10 days the culprit with the highest number of points will agree to donate to The Alexa Trust.

In doing so, not only will you help support parents with babies in neonatal, but also bring awareness to our plastic problem.

All over the world, we are finding more and more plastic rubbish washing up. Polluting our seas & oceans.  With marine wildlife being effected as well as our beaches becoming untidy.

Not only would you be creating awareness, but as an added bonus, you may become healthier in the 10 days, not having access to junk food and sweet snacks wrapped in plastic.

Obviously we don’t expect you to turn your everyday lifestyle into turmoil, but if we can make others aware & look for alternatives, then we all win!
