DESCRIPTION:How does scrambling through nets\, up and across beams\, through tyres and across poles sound ? Well with the KM Assault Course Challenge you will be doing this all in the aid of your favourite charity. \nThe Alexa Trust is looking for brave adventurers to represent the charity at the KM Assault Course Challenge on Sunday 15th April 2018. \nTeams of six must tackle 19 specially designed obstacles including tunnels\, balance beams\, rope walk\, water jump and tyre wall. DESCRIPTION:Adrenaline seekers are invited to take part in the thrilling KM Dragon Boat Race being staged to support The Alexa Trust. \nThe annual race is being organised by the KM Charity Team on Sunday\, July 2nd\, 2017 at the beautiful Mote Park\, Maidstone. \nSimon Dolby from the KM Charity Team urged people to take the challenge to support The Alexa Trust. \n“This is a thrilling way to raise money for this excellent cause. This team challenge is a fantastic day for both families and groups of friends. Big crowds will cheer you on from the banks of the lake while others browse the stalls and activities close to the shore\,” he said \nTeams of 11 are needed to take part but larger groups can be accommodated by swapping personnel in between heats. Maximum of 17. Each crew takes part in a minimum of three races. \nTeams of all abilities take part and teams booking early usually receive press coverage in KM Group newspapers. \nTo take part team each crew member must pledge to raise\n£100 for The Alexa Trust.\nTeam Captain’s should book their KM Dragon Boat at  www.kmcharitychallenge.co.uk and then reclaim the funds from crew members. \nWe recommend you simply divide up the registration fee between the crew members but don’t forget to ask your employers to make a contribution – they may even pay for the entire fee for your crew. Boats can be booked paying online (which is cheaper) or downloading a booking form and paying by cheque. \nAdults taking part in the KM Dragon Boat race must tick the indemnity box in the KM Charity Team’s e-shop to complete the booking. In so doing the adult making the booking is agreeing to the following conditions. \n“I confirm that I wish to enter the Dragon Boat race which is organised by KM Charity Team in aid of my chosen charity and understand that I do so at my own risk and that the KM Charity Team/KM Charity Challenge (and any of its group companies and any of their agents or employees) do not accept liability for any injury or loss that may occur as a result of my participation other than as a result of Race the Dragon Ltd’s negligence. DESCRIPTION:Supporters of The Alexa Trust are being urged to sign up to take part in the Cornwallis It’s a Knockout Challenge. \nThe event is being staged on 4 June 2017 at Aylesford Rugby Club with teams of between eight to 10 people taking on a dozen challenges. \nTeams are expected to raise sponsorship when taking part. Seventy percent of the sponsorship raised will go to The Alexa Trust and 30 per cent will go on children’s literacy initiatives organised by the KM Charity Team. \nThe event is being staged by the Cornwallis East Kent Freemasons’ Charity following a successful pilot event in 2016.
